Job summary

Brandon James in London is seeking a Paralegal for the Post Completion Conveyancing team to support the progression of residential property files after completion.

The role focuses on registrations, submissions and file closure tasks, with a hybrid work pattern (1 day from home, 4 in the office) and clear deadlines. At least 6 months' conveyancing or post completion experience is required, with training and development offered.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in conveyancing or post completion work.
• Experience or exposure to SDLT and Land Registry processes (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisation and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
• Managing Land Registry applications and requisitions
• Monitoring post completion deadlines and checklists
• Reviewing completion documentation for accuracy and completeness
