Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in conveyancing or post completion work.
• Experience with SDLT and Land Registry processes (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit SDLT returns.
• Manage Land Registry applications and requisitions.
• Monitor post completion deadlines and checklists.
• Review completion documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Update case management systems.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and managing agents.
