Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio reporting within large-scale capital project environments.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting and cost control experience.
• Ability to analyse complex data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tool capabilities.
• Experience across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and produce portfolio-level reports across multiple capital projects.
• Manage project cost control activities, including forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting packs and dashboard updates.
• Present cost and portfolio performance data at governance forums, highlighting trends, risks and variances.
• Provide actionable insights to project, programme and senior leadership teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for project teams on reporting and performance management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, controls and governance processes.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members where required.
