Responsibilities

• Own complex greenfield software projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to mid-level and Junior Developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Set, communicate, and uphold Quality Assurance and coding standards across the team.
• Facilitate technical discussions, planning sessions, and code reviews to promote knowledge sharing.
