Job summary

Halfords is seeking an Assistant Range Planner to join our Range Planning team. You will shape the range and promotional structure, translating plans into shelf layouts and displays to maximise sales and customer experience.

You will work with Buying, Marketing, Supply, Store Development and Retail Ops to deliver on-time ranges and promotions across 370 stores. You will help balance Good/Better/Best products, communicate changes, and support the Right First Time standard, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Experience in planogramming and visual merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Buying, Marketing, Supply, Store Development and Retail Ops.

Responsibilities

• Create planograms in Spaceman with SKU lists and stock policies.
• Coordinate with POS team to include correct point-of-sale materials.
• Build and review planograms in Test Bed with stakeholders.
