Job summary

You will need a degree in Planning or related subject and a valid driving licence; RTPI membership is desirable. The role involves a mix of home and office working with in-person meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported breaches in planning control and non-compliance.
• Prepare and serve Notices; write reports and maintain enforcement records.
• Attend site visits and negotiate resolutions; prepare evidence for hearings and expert witnesses.
