Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with planned maintenance and investment programmes.

• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance (CDM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and cyclical maintenance programmes across housing stock.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work, tender docs and contract information.
• Procure, manage and monitor contractors and consultants.
• Carry out site inspections for quality, compliance and value for money.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain records and produce performance reports.
