Job summary

QCIC is seeking an experienced and independent Project Manager to coordinate and direct all aspects of the client’s project and problem management efforts for a large blue‑chip client, based at the client’s Paddington office with hybrid work.

You will lead on budget, schedule, vendor and stakeholder management, produce progress reports and technical documentation, and develop solutions through the IT and security environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in corporate security environments.
• Contract management on projects with value > £1M.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to produce project reports and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget and schedule accountability for client projects.
• Review and manage vendor performance and meetings.
• Advise on stakeholder requirements and governance for QCIC clients.
• Develop procedural documentation and fall-back plans for project issues.
