Job summary

Agria Pet Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns and needs with care and professionalism.

The role includes inbound and outbound calls, and a commitment to service levels. We operate a hybrid model with in-office attendance at the Aylesbury site every Wednesday, plus a two-week in-office induction starting 21st September.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a contact centre or similar environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Proactive problem solving and the ability to meet targets under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle renewals, information requests, and claims related queries.
