Job summary

KR8 Advisory is seeking an experienced Personal Insolvency Associate to deliver timely insolvency services on Bankruptcy, IVA and deceased estates, reporting to Managers, Directors and Partners. You will manage your own caseload, attend meetings, prepare minutes, maintain referrer and client relationships, and delegate work to trainees.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal insolvency, including bankruptcies and IVAs.
• Ability to manage case load and coordinate with Managers & Partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and proactively manage a portfolio of personal insolvency cases.
• Draft reports to creditors and courts, and liaise with client relationships.
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and supervise trainees as needed.
• Oversee or assist with inventories and maintain filing and records.
• Ensure asset realisations are pursued cost-effectively and timely.
