LPPA Pensions is hiring a Contact Centre Advisor for pensions customer service. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in Preston, Lancashire, starting Monday 12th October 2026. You will handle pensions queries by phone and email, delivering high-quality service to members, employers and third parties.

The position requires first-class customer service, strong IT skills and the ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent career progression and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of contact centres is essential.
• Ability to meet challenging targets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Pensions or Financial services experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails within set time frames.
• Provide first-class service to members and employers.
• Achieve KPI targets for call length, handling times and after-call work.
• Support service provision and take ownership of enquires.
