MCR Pathways is seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow our mentoring programme across East and South East Scotland. The role involves building relationships with employers, public sector organisations and communities to create sustainable mentor pipelines and broaden support networks.

• Experience presenting engaging information sessions to stakeholders.
• Experience in recruiting a diverse range of volunteers.

• Knowledge of East and South East Scotland, including community groups.

Aufgaben

• Research, map, and secure new corporate, public sector, and SME partners aligned with our mission.
• Deliver pitches, proposals, and workplace engagement events to recruit mentors and hit regional targets.
• Serve as primary account manager for regional partners and nurture long-term commitments.
• Collaborate with Communications and local networks to raise brand visibility and generate mentor inquiries.
• Work with internal teams to optimise onboarding and conversion of inquiries to active mentors.
• Utilise CRM dashboards to track pipeline, ROI, and key recruitment metrics.
