Symphony Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for North Petherton, Bridgwater, Somerset. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) and offers a pay rate of £29.07–£31.75 per hour, depending on experience.

The post involves face-to-face and telephone triage, history taking and autonomous clinical decision-making within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work within our NHS-supported primary care model, with opportunities to lead minor illness

Qualifications

• Registered first level nurse with current registration
• MSc or equivalent qualification and prescribing credential
• Advanced nursing practitioner qualifications and supervision experience
• Experience in primary care or community nursing settings
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team

Responsabilités

• Assess patients through history taking and clinical examination in person or by telephone
• Provide diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care within professional boundaries
• Demonstrate autonomous clinical decision-making and safe care delivery
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to implement policies and procedures
