Financial Divisions in Bristol, a well‑established Chartered independent financial planning business, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its friendly, growing team on a hybrid basis.

You will support Financial Planners with technical research, suitability reports, and cashflow modelling across pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax planning. A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is required, with clear progression and study support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Paraplanner or similar technical financial planning role.
• Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, long-term care and inheritance tax.
• A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is required for this role.
• Excellent written communication and ability to turn technical information into client-friendly documentation.

Aufgaben

• Prepare accurate, well-written suitability reports that clearly explain recommendations to clients.
• Carry out research into pensions, investments, protection and other financial planning solutions to support adviser recommendations.
• Work alongside Financial Planners on more complex cases, helping to develop suitable and effective planning solutions.
• Use cashflow modelling to help illustrate different planning scenarios and support clients’ longer-term financial objectives.
• Reviewing and interpreting technical information, carrying out the necessary analysis and presenting findings clearly to the adviser.
• Providing technical input and guidance on more complex planning areas, acting as a point of reference for advisers when required.
• Taking ownership of a varied caseload, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
