Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking a Junior Paraplanner / Office Manager in Luton, offering hybrid work (2-3 days in the office) and a salary up to £45,000 depending on experience. The role blends office administration, client servicing, and paraplanning support within a growing independent wealth management practice.

You may have IFA admin, client services or paraplanning experience, with a knack for organisation and a willingness to develop technical knowledge. Diploma holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA Administration, Client Services or Paraplanning
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
• Knowledge of back-office systems (Intelligent Office or similar)

Responsibilities

• General office management and administration
• Support Financial Advisers with appointments and client servicing
• Manage client records and back-office systems
• Load and update client information in IO
• Prepare documentation and support the advice process
• Assist with paraplanning and technical research
• Improve operational efficiency as the business grows
• Provide key support across the wider team
