Job summary

Huel is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own and scale our Google media across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping in multiple markets. You’ll shape strategy, lead experiments, monitor performance and mentor a direct report while driving growth and ROI for our global brand.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-market campaigns, a strong analytics mindset with GA4/Heap, and the ability to translate data into revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-market Google Search, Shopping and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Experience optimizing enterprise-level budgets and product feeds.
• Working knowledge of paid social and video creative briefing.
• Ability to brief video creatives and interpret asset-level performance.
• Strong analytics using GA4 and Heap; data-driven decision maker.
• Experience mentoring others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own development, deployment, and optimisation of Google media strategy across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping.
• Lead structured experimentation and monitor account performance.
• Present data-backed business cases to improve revenue and ROI.
• Own conversion architecture and signals.
• Maintain high-quality product feeds.
• Collaborate with creative team for video-first assets.
• Grow acquisition, revenue and LTV targets.
• Automate repeatable tasks with scripts and APIs.
• Ensure unified messaging and branding across Google marketing.
• Manage a direct report and mentor junior colleagues.
• Build and run hypothesis-led testing roadmap.
