Job summary

King's College London is seeking a Business Manager to support the smooth running of King's Digital operations. You will work with the Head of Operations and Strategy to deliver strategic, operational and financial objectives, overseeing finance, HR, procurement and compliance while coordinating projects to support growth.

The role is based at JCMB on the King's Waterloo Campus with a hybrid model, requiring some travel to other campuses. Fixed-term until November 2027; full-time (35 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience in operations, project management or business support administration.
• Strong numerical literacy with the ability to analyse and present complex data to a wide audience.
• Experience managing large budgets and monitoring financial performance.
• Experience growing, leading and managing individuals and/or teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including drafting policy and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and efficient services.
