Job summary

Jollyes Pets in the UK is seeking an Online Merchandiser to own day-to-day merchandising of our site, turning the trading plan into a brilliant customer experience and strong commercial results. This hybrid role requires hands-on PIM and Magento experience, with a focus on ranges, SEO and promotions.

Based in Waltham Abbey, the role offers a salary up to £35k, plus a generous benefits package and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar online/digital merchandising role.
• Hands-on PIM management and Magento experience with strong Excel skills.
• Solid SEO fundamentals with practical impact on site performance.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with commercial focus.
• A collaborative style across buying, marketing, digital, and development.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising the site – present ranges, imagery and attributes clearly.
• Managing range onboarding and stock across click & collect and delivery.
• Sharpening site search with relevant, accurate results.
• Bringing promotions to life with banners, landing pages and offers.
• Growing organic traffic with in-house tools and SEO agency.
