Job summary

HealthJobs Ltd seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the Adults and Children Team in Barking, London. This 3-month role offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 from home, with a focused caseload of around 4 cases per week to maintain quality care.

You will perform person-centred assessments, support independence, lead multidisciplinary reviews, and prepare detailed clinical reports. Requirements include a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, Enhanced DBS, and

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy required.
• HCPC registration essential.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Experience across adult and paediatric social care settings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake person-centred Occupational Therapy assessments per Care Act 2014.
• Assess needs and outcomes for adults and children with disabilities.
• Carry out moving and handling risk assessments and recommend equipment/adaptations.
• Produce comprehensive OT reports and clinical documentation.
• Lead multidisciplinary assessments and contribute to case conferences.
