Responsabilités

• Provide case management for attendance, fitness for work, and referrals.
• Issue fitness certificates in line with policy.
• Deliver professional, evidence-based written reports.
• Provide fitness medicals and health surveillance per best practice.
• Maintain up-to-date NMC registration and policy knowledge.
