Job summary

Donard Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nurse Assessor to join a leading multinational employer. This hybrid, full-time role leverages your clinical knowledge to deliver PIP assessments, both face-to-face and remotely.

You will manage caseloads end to end, with a supportive environment, training, and progression opportunities. Starting salary is £39,500 with potential raise to £40,500 after DWP approval, plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
• 1+ years post qualification experience.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads end to end including face-to-face and virtual assessments.
• Conduct telephone assessments and initial review calls.
• Prepare and review paper-based reports (PBR).
• Provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for PIP.
