Job summary

MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in East Grinstead, West Sussex to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is mixed NHS and private, with flexible hours and surgery space on Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri.

This position offers NHS earnings potential (£50,000–£140,000 FTE) plus private income, with a 45% private revenue split and a supportive clinical network including an implantologist and DWSI in Endodontics.

Qualifications

• GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number
• Valid DBS check

Responsibilities

• Build private treatments alongside established NHS patient base
• Work across NHS and private patient streams
• Follow clinical governance and utilise on-site support
