Job summary

The AA is seeking a Software Developer in its Chief Technology Office Engineering function in Basingstoke. You will design, develop, test and release high-quality software solutions, working closely with users and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective applications.

You will work with .NET technologies, C#, RESTful APIs and SQL Server, while supporting and enhancing existing systems to improve reliability, functionality and the user experience for our colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET platform with C#.
• Experience with RESTful services and WebAPI.
• Strong SQL Server/Azure SQL skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design and document systems, prototyping when needed.
• Own delivery from development to release and data migration.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications for reliability and UX.
