Job summary

ARCA Consulting Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack .NET Developer to support a major digital programme. You will combine Microsoft backend development with React frontend work and hands-on Azure expertise to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong C#/.NET experience, Azure DevOps and CI/CD proficiency, and a solid grasp of modern software engineering and deployment practices. Experience in regulated sectors is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• C# and .NET development experience.
• Experience with React frontend development.
• Hands-on Azure knowledge and cloud capabilities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps workflows and pipelines.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full development lifecycle within an established engineering and DevOps environment.
• Contribute to software design, development, and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with teams across healthcare/government/regulatory domains when applicable.
