Qualifications

• Proven experience developing, maintaining or supporting business-critical applications and technology platforms.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with VisualFiles, case management software or similar workflow-based apps.
• Solid understanding of SQL, databases and data structures.
• Experience creating or maintaining integrations using REST APIs, Dataverse or comparable tech.
• Knowledge of .NET and C# or similar object‑oriented language.
• Background in application support, troubleshooting, testing and controlled deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Administer and develop VisualFiles workflows, forms, templates, scripts and data.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal apps, Microsoft 365, VisualFiles, Power Platform and external services.
• Provide development and technical support for .NET-based applications and business systems.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Plan testing, deployment and release activities with proper technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead or contribute to upgrades, enhancements and wider tech projects.
• Ensure solutions meet security, development and quality standards.
• Maintain awareness of systems and dependencies to deliver changes safely.
• Work with the wider IT team and contribute ideas for future tech improvements.
