Job summary

Morgan Philips Group in London is seeking an Integration Developer to design, develop and lead delivery of integration solutions across core systems and cloud platforms. You will own end-to-end integration architecture and guide engineers in API design, cloud-native development and scalable patterns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering integration solutions.
• Strong .NET/C# background with API development focus.
• Experience with RESTful services, messaging, or service bus patterns.
• Solid SQL Server / T‑SQL knowledge and performance tuning.
• Hands-on with Azure services and cloud integration tooling.
• Experience leading discussions, coaching, and setting engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver integration solutions across diverse tech stack.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs, services, and messaging integrations.
• Champion engineering best practices, DevOps, automation, testing (TDD) and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with architects and product/design to define integration strategy.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and code reviews.
• Contribute hands-on with modern .NET, cloud, and database tech.
• Shape cloud-based integration modernization (Azure preferred).
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues ensuring performance and data quality.
• Support governance, standards, and documentation for patterns.
• Contribute to solution design for business and digital transformation.
