Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee security services across a national portfolio. You will lead Site Managers, Security Supervisors, and frontline teams, ensuring delivery against contracts, KPIs, and client expectations while building strong client relationships.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager, travel nationally, and hold a full UK driving licence. A practical knowledge of logistics, warehousing and commercial environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large, multi-site security contracts.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering service against KPIs and SLAs.
• Good knowledge of SIA regulations and health & safety rules.
• 5-year checkable employment history and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of customer sites.
• Ensure delivery of security services in line with contracts and SLAs.
• Manage Site Managers, Supervisors and security staff across locations.
• Conduct site audits and quality assurance visits for compliance.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as escalation point.
• Lead KPI reviews and provide management information and reports.
• Oversee labour deployment, budgeting and cost management.
• Support mobilisation, variation requests and business growth.
