Job summary

Coventry Building Society is recruiting a Model Review Analyst in Manchester to support the Economic Crime Risk Strategy Systems & Analytics Team. The role applies Model Risk Management principles and PRA SS1/23 governance, with the aim of independent validation, performance monitoring and risk reporting across the model landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the economic crime space with practical risk/ advisory experience.
• Proficiency in statistical models for anomaly detection.
• Experience in Model Governance, Model Risk Management, Economic Crime Analytics, or Regulatory Oversight.
• Ability to support the Economic Crime Model Risk Management Framework aligned to PRA SS1/23 expectations.
• Excellent communication skills with evidence-based recommendations from your findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line response in tackling economic crime by setting prevention strategies.
• Support governance, validation, and reporting within the MRM framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance risk and business needs.
