Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Guardian Mobile team. You will help design, develop and release mobile and gateway software for UK Fire Service customers, modernising legacy DELPHI-based Windows clients while building new Android/iOS applications.

Qualifications

• A relevant university qualification such as a BSc Computing Science or BSc Software Engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to attain Non-Police-Personnel-Vetting Level 3 (NPPV3).

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality, high performing software within a team of ~10 engineers.
• Work on a modernisation effort of our product stack while maintaining existing products.
• Contribute to Android/iOS applications and gateway/server components for UK Fire Service customers.
