Job summary

DeMellier, a London-based luxury brand, seeks a Production Materiel Controller to ensure accurate stock visibility across its factory network. You will manage raw material stock movements in ERP, support stock housekeeping and month-end processes, and collaborate with Production, Finance and Operations to maintain data integrity.

The role requires 3–5 years in stock control or production administration, strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in stock control, inventory coordination or production administration.
• Degree or diploma in Business Admin, Production Management or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with large data trackers and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems; Priority ERP experience beneficial.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and clear communication.
• Independent, organised, and able to push blockers quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production stock visibility by season, factory and material category.
• Keep internal stock trackers aligned with ERP and perform reconciliations.
• Monitor stock movements, discrepancies and system housekeeping tasks.
• Provide visibility of raw materials to Production, Finance and Ops teams.
• Support stock valuations and month-end closes with accurate data.
• Assist with stock transfers, goods receipts and related documentation.
• Reconcile factory stock against internal trackers and audits.
