Job summary

TrustFord is seeking a Marketing Executive to join the PartsPlus marketing team on a maternity cover basis, with ongoing potential. The role combines home working with regular office attendance in Daventry, plus visits to our marketing agency in Newbury and supplier meetings across the Midlands.

You will support a wide range of campaigns, communications, incentives, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent English language proficiency and copywriting ability.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Developing Customer and Colleague incentive programmes, including launch materials, Terms & Conditions, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Creating monthly communication plans for email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and content development.
• Working closely with our Marketing Agency to produce brochures, flyers, email campaigns, invoice stationery, and other marketing materials.
• Managing pricing and Part Number updates across all relevant marketing collateral.
• Coordinating supplier promotional offers and producing monthly marketing campaigns to support sales growth.
• Preparing presentations and reports for monthly Board meetings, with opportunities to attend and present.
• Responding to marketing queries from the PartsPlus network and supporting Regional Sales Managers where required.
• Assisting with the planning, organisation, and delivery of the annual PartsPlus Conference and Awards event.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, marketing agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
• Supporting the ongoing development of marketing initiatives that drive Customer engagement and business performance.
