Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Lutterworth is seeking a Management Accountant to join the hybrid finance team. The role covers monthly management accounts, year-end tasks and systems maintenance, reporting to the Finance Manager. The position is based at the Lutterworth office with flexible working options.

The candidate will handle invoicing, ledger maintenance, and data updates across finance systems, contributing to process improvements and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA part-qualified with exam training contract available.
• Strong systems skills and experience with general ledger packages and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in software industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process month-end sales and operational reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist with year-end/interim accounts.
• Process purchase and sales invoices; maintain supplier/customer accounts.
• Update opportunities in Salesforce and manage deferred revenue.
• Support Finance Manager and Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks.
