Candy Kittens is seeking a Management Accountant in London (hybrid) to own monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and reporting for Candy Kittens, Smittens and Treets, Shades and group holdings.

You will work with the Finance Manager to streamline month-end processes, manage accruals, VAT returns, audits, and collaborate with operations, sales and marketing to control spend and drive efficiency in a high-growth business.

Qualificações

• Broad experience in management accounting and reporting.
• Experience with grocery sales is beneficial.
• Proven ability to analyse variances and inform decisions.
• Familiarity with relevant financial controls and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Manage month-end accruals with Sales/Marketing for promo activity.
• Monitor third-party supply costs with Operations.
• Support VAT returns and packaging tax submissions.
• Assist with financial audits and documentation.
• Maintain robust financial controls to reduce risk.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.
