Job summary

Tesco Property Maintenance is seeking hardworking Maintenance Technicians to support our growing team. You will maintain equipment and facilities across Tesco sites, coordinating with external contractors and colleagues to deliver first-class service while minimising disruption to customers.

We value safety, teamwork and a proactive approach. Candidates should be digitally confident using tablets and Office 365, hold an ONC or equivalent, and have a full driving license.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Full driving license is essential.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient use of Office 365 and tablets for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Tesco sites are safe and functioning for customers and colleagues.
• Follow the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with team members and share best practices.
• Carry out general day-to-day store and property maintenance.
• Use mobile devices to view schedules and updates on progress.
• Represent Tesco values and maintain a positive, professional appearance.
• Attend local and national meetings and provide input and feedback.
• Support an inclusive culture across the workforce.
