Job summary

VIQU Limited is recruiting an experienced M365 Engineer to join their Microsoft-focused MSP. The role offers hybrid working in Birmingham with a strong pipeline of Modern Workplace projects and opportunities to explore Copilot, AI and automation while pursuing funded training and certifications.

You will lead technical discussions, design solutions, and deliver projects for customers, leveraging PowerShell and automation to streamline processes and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects in an MSP or consultancy setting.
• Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies and solutions.
• Comfortable discussing solutions and roadmaps with customers.
• Proficient in PowerShell, scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects across Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Work directly with customers to capture requirements and provide guidance.
• Support design and implementation of Modern Workplace solutions.
• Contribute to Copilot, AI and automation service development.
• Use PowerShell to automate processes and improve delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues.
• Maintain focus on customer outcomes and project quality.
• Collaborate with the technical team and take ownership of projects.
