Michael Page Technology is recruiting a M365 Developer to join a Global Manufacturing client in a hybrid role. The position involves 3 days per week in the Runcorn office, contributing to Greenfield projects and tech-led transformations.

You will develop and optimise M365 solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive governance and security within the platform. The role offers a chance to shape new capabilities in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system challenges.
• Maintain and optimise existing M365 applications to enhance performance.
• Provide technical expertise and training to internal users on M365 tools.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols within M365 environments.
• Participate in system upgrades and integrations to support business growth.
• Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Analyse user feedback to drive continuous improvement in M365 functionality.
