Job summary

Hackstons, a London-based fine spirits retailer, is seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Executive. The role blends marketing and website operations to grow our luxury brand online.

You will manage email campaigns, lifecycle automation, and organic social content while supporting site merchandising and promotions. Training on our platform is provided, with emphasis on detail and brand quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally retail/luxury.
• Proven track record in building and reporting email campaigns and lifecycle flows (Klaviyo/Ometria).
• Experience managing organic social channels with a strong eye for visual content.
• Analytical skills to translate campaign data into actionable optimisations.
• Confident with digital tools and learning a CMS.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and send regular newsletters and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Plan, create, and publish organic social media content and reports.
• Lead blogger and influencer outreach; support press launches and events.
• Coordinate site merchandising, cross-sells, upsells, and product recommendations.
• Own day-to-day site administration, promotions, and navigation updates.
