Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Transaction Manager to support the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including closing, servicing, onboarding, and data control. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met, while driving process improvements and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication and Excel/Tableau skills, with experience in Loan IQ or related tools. A hybrid work model is offered, with competitive benefits and career development

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft-based programs.
• Experience with Loan IQ or transaction capture tools.

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management, including closing and servicing coordination.
• Assist with development of processes, standards, controls and training.
• Help design and implement technology, including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business units.
• Ensure data quality, controls and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
