Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer for the Global Fan Experience team in Manchester. You will be the technical leader for design, configuration, and maintenance of contact center platforms serving 100+ brands worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and own architecture for SaaS contact center platforms (Zendesk, Five9).
• Establish standards and guardrails for admins; manage macros, views, and workflow configuration.
• Lead design of scalable, secure, and resilient systems and integrations with clear boundaries.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross‑team alignment on system decisions.
• Own deployment automation and modular development; build integrations via APIs.
• Monitor performance, ensure availability, and lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
