Job summary

SSE Airtricity is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to strengthen pricing foundations by building models, dashboards and data-driven insights. You will work across pricing, profitability and forecasting to support informed commercial decisions.

In this role you will automate manual processes, improve reporting and create scalable data workflows using tools like Python, SQL and Databricks, with a focus on delivering concise, actionable insights for the Pricing team.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with complex data and commercial assumptions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with Python, Databricks, SQL or similar tools for large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve pricing, profitability and forecasting models across the Commercial team.
• Develop tools, dashboards and reports to visualize pricing performance, margin and trends.
• Transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready datasets for pricing decisions.
• Make complex calculations, reports and models easier to understand and reuse.
• Collaborate with IT, data and business units to improve data sourcing and governance.
