Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Kinship Team in Barnet on a locum, hybrid basis. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £38.50 and requires 36 hours per week.

You will assess children and families in kinship care, provide tailored interventions, collaborate with colleagues and external agencies, and maintain records in line with policies. This is an ongoing position with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families within kinship care contexts.
• Provide support and interventions tailored to family needs, ensuring child safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with team members, external agencies and stakeholders to deliver coordinated support plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with policies and procedures.
