Job summary

Lanpro Group is seeking a Graduate Planner to support the planning team on applications and projects. You will develop core competencies under supervision to build confidence and technical skills, with an emphasis on growing professionally in a multidisciplinary environmental consultancy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.
• Strong report writing and planning knowledge are essential.
• Ability to manage tasks and timelines with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting planning applications, pre-application enquiries and appeals.
• Conduct basic planning appraisals and research to support senior colleagues.
• Prepare fee proposals to help generate new business.
• Assist clients through the planning process and engage with community stakeholders.
• Support with meetings, committee events and public examinations as required.
• Undertake site visits when needed.
