Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Croydon, United Kingdom, is seeking a software developer to maintain internal applications and implement new features. This full-time role offers hybrid work (2 days WFH, 3 days in the office near East Croydon Station) and a 37.5-hour work week.

You will work with .NET technologies (MVC 5, .NET Framework 4.6+, SQL Server) and collaborate with partners, write tests, and participate in DevOps pipelines to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with the Microsoft Development Stack or a relevant degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio.
• Experience with .NET Framework (4.6+) and MVC 5.
• Experience with SQL Server (2008–2022).
• Familiarity with source control (GIT).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining internal applications.
• Gathering and defining business requirements.
• Writing, testing, documenting, and implementing software solutions.
• Collaborating with third-party support partners and acting as a technical liaison.
• Supporting and enhancing existing systems.
• Developing DevOps pipelines.
• Working on business-critical applications including Stores Intranet (C#, Bootstrap, SQL Server) and Stock Management & Order & Collect (Xamarin/Flutter, .NET Core).
