Job summary

VonHaus, Salford, is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer on a full‑time basis with hybrid working from offices in Manchester. You will create visuals for social, email, ads, and the website, ensuring brand consistency. A strong portfolio and Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential.

You will help develop packaging, product listings and marketing collateral while collaborating with the wider marketing team. The role offers a chance to grow your portfolio and contribute to a partly employee‑owned

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience and a portfolio, ideally spanning marketing, brand and packaging creative
• High proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong creative briefing and storyboarding skills
• A strong eye for design, typography, layout and visual storytelling
• A commercially aware mindset and understanding of marketing content performance
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to work collaboratively with creators, studios and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Drive the visual elements of our marketing work and bring brand campaigns to life
• Plan and create engaging visual assets for social media, email, paid advertising and website
• Develop visuals that align with our brand and ensure a consistent identity across touchpoints
• Collaborate with the marketing team and turn concepts into designs for packaging, product listings and collateral
• Identify opportunities for brand storytelling and social-first visual content
• Manage design timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide creative feedback to refine content
