Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (AGCS) is hiring a Junior Claims Adjuster focused on Financial Lines in London. You will handle standard claims, ensure adherence to authority limits and AGCS procedures, and liaise with Underwriting and Accounts to support timely claims administration.

The role involves processing and investigating claims, reserving, settlements, and generation of monthly MI reports, with opportunities to learn within a global, matrix environment and a hybrid working

Formación

• Experience in claims administration within the Financial Lines line of business.
• Basic understanding of LoB products and portfolio.
• Familiarity with risk/claims systems (e.g., Genius).
• Exposure to regional/local insurance markets.
• Evidence of relationship-building with brokers.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory framework.
• Ability to work in a complex global matrix organization.
• Willingness to explore AI to enhance the role.

Responsabilidades

• Input and maintain accurate claims records in AGCS systems.
• Review late or non-payment and support credit control with Underwriting/Accounts.
• Produce management information reports monthly and identify loss trends.
• Investigate standard claims including coverage determination.
• Determine appropriate reserving levels.
• Prepare and settle standard claims through payment or denial.
• Support negotiations for efficient settlement.
• Refer cases outside of authority levels and document referrals.
