Aufgaben

• Input and maintain accurate claims records for designated accounts in AGCS systems.
• Review late/non payment of premium and support credit control.
• Produce monthly management information reports and identify loss trends.
• Investigate standard claims, including coverage determination and evaluation of loss exposures.
• Determine appropriate reserving levels.
• Prepare settlement or denial of standard claims and support negotiations.
• Refer cases outside of authority where needed.
• Liaise with MMC on market management initiatives.
