Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are hiring an IT Service Analyst to join the IT Service Management team. You will support Service Transition, Major Incident, Problem Management, and Service Reporting, while helping maintain ServiceNow data quality and governance.

You will thrive in a hybrid role with two in-office days per week and participate in ongoing improvements to ensure reliable IT services across Jet2.

Qualifications

• Experience working in ITSM, IT Operations or IT support environments.
• Proficiency with ITSM tooling, preferably ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change/Service Transition.
• Experience producing reports and presenting information to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of Service Management activities across the business.
• Assist Service Transition to ensure new/changed services are ready for live operation.
• Support Major Incident and Problem Management coordination.
• Contribute to Service Reporting and management information delivery.
• Assist ServiceNow administration and data governance.
