Job summary

PA Consulting in Belfast is offering a 12-month industrial placement within the People & Change team, starting July 2027. As an internship, you’ll join project teams, learn from specialists, and gain consulting experience while supporting client conversations and workshops.

You will work in a hybrid model, spending time on client sites or in the Belfast office, with supervision from a line manager, buddy and colleagues to build your consulting skills and professional network.

• This role is open to undergraduates with an industrial placement within their course structure and therefore graduating in 2029.

Responsibilities

• Support client projects and internal initiatives, using leading tools and consulting techniques.
• Gather and analyse data, develop communications and presentation materials, support workshops and client conversations.
• Be a core member of the People & Change community, building networks across PA and beyond.
• Work in a hybrid model with client site or office, two days per week minimum.
