Job summary

PA Consulting invites undergraduates with an industrial placement to join our Operations & Improvement team in London for a 12-month placement starting July 2027. You'll help diagnose inefficiencies, design practical solutions, and implement changes that drive measurable impact across client projects.

You'll gain exposure to end-to-end optimization, collaborate with expert consultants, and access extensive training and mentoring as you develop your consulting career.

Responsibilities

• Apply your problem-solving skills across multiple teams to support client projects and internal initiatives, using leading tools, methodologies, and consulting techniques.
• Share ideas and drive progress while developing your skills and supporting our clients.
• Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week, with potential client-site days.
• Be part of PA Consulting's Operations & Improvement practice, contributing to delivering measurable impact for clients.
