The Hyde Group seeks an Internal Auditor to join a collaborative, values-driven team in London. You will deliver audits across governance, risk management and internal controls, providing practical recommendations to improve processes and assurance across Hyde’s services.

This role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days remote) with a strong focus on wellbeing, learning and long-term development within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Experience delivering internal audits in complex organisations.
• Experience in housing, local authorities, government, or charities.
• Qualified or partly qualified (IIA/CCAB) with strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver internal audits across operational and corporate services.
• Assess governance, risk management and controls, gathering evidence for findings.
• Produce clear audit reports with root causes and improvement actions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide constructive assurance.
• Monitor audit actions and report on overdue items and themes.
